TIG, MIG/MAG and laser welding, manual and robotic

Robotic cells and manual stations weld carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Robots deliver fast, repeatable joints on series production; skilled operators handle prototypes, single parts and complex assemblies. Laser welding, also robotic, reduces heat input: minimal distortion and an excellent finish, ideal for visible stainless steel and thin gauges.

For structural steel components we operate to the EN 1090 certification; every assembly leaves inspected and ready for finishing and assembly, followed by the same team from order to delivery.

Robotic cells with shuttle tables run series with no downtime: while the robot welds, the operator sets up the next part. Manual stations cover prototypes, single parts and complex geometries, with the same joint quality.

Welding integrates with laser cutting, bending and machining carried out in house: we deliver complete welded assemblies, ready for finishing and assembly.
