We keep raw materials in stock for every type of work: quality checks take place when the material arrives, before the production order itself. This way lead times don't depend on supplier deliveries, sampling uses the same material as the future series, and non-conformities are stopped before they enter production.
Quality is not a final inspection: it is a check that follows the part throughout the cycle. We inspect incoming material, before the production order; we verify dimensions during machining, on the first part and across the run; we inspect the finished assembly before delivery. For dimensional checks we use dedicated measuring systems, such as the Keyence XM-5000 optical measuring system, which ensures fast and repeatable readings on parts. Materials and operations remain traceable across the whole order, so every supply can be traced back to its origin.
Engineers and operators receive ongoing training on machines and processes: this is what makes it possible to truly exploit a constantly updated machine fleet. From first contact to delivery, the customer is followed by the same people — a technical partner, not an anonymous supplier.
