Assembly

From design to finished product

The assembly process completes the in-house production cycle: cutting, bending, welding and finishing all take place in our own departments, and the components reach the assembly line directly from our own departments. A single bill of materials, a single supplier, a single point of responsibility for quality.

Mechanical and electromechanical assemblies. We assemble complete units and products, incorporating fasteners, seals and the electrical and electromechanical components specified in the bill of materials. On request, we also manage the procurement and stock of off-the-shelf components, thereby reducing the number of suppliers to coordinate.

Kits. Complete assembly kits, packaged and labelled for the production line or after-sales: fewer handling operations, error-free picking, and reduced assembly times.

Inserts and joints. Threaded inserts, pins and fasteners fitted in line: the component is delivered ready for final assembly.

Delivery logistics. Kanban, scheduled deliveries and an order portal to track the progress of each order in real time. On request, the finished product is packed and dispatched directly to the end customer.
