Contract machining, integrated into the cycle

Born as an in-house toolroom, the machining department today also works for third parties thanks to high-productivity machines. We turn and mill parts in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium — from bar with an automatic feeder, or as a re-strike on cut and bent parts — and complete with drilling, tapping and end forming.

Machining as a re-strike in our own departments means fewer re-clampings and consistent tolerances across the whole assembly: the part leaves finished.
