In-house stainless finishing, managed treatments: a single responsibility for quality

Stainless steel finishing is carried out in house — pickling, shot peening and blasting — with direct control over time and result. For other treatments (powder and liquid painting, electrolytic and hot-dip galvanising, cataphoresis, bluing) we rely on a network of qualified treatment specialists that we manage ourselves.

For you that means a single order and a single quality check: coordinating the treatment specialists is included in the order, and the part comes back to us for final inspection before delivery.

Tumbling, washing and dewatering protection close the cycle: the part leaves ready for assembly or shipment, checked by our staff to the very last step.
