Processes used
Based on the customer’s specifications, we assess the most suitable forming, machining and welding sequence. Particular attention is paid to joint areas, couplings and surfaces in order to reduce rework and maintain consistent component quality.
Stamping, tube forming, machining and welding can be combined in the same production cycle. Planning batches and raw materials helps manage pre-series, repeat orders and peaks in demand without changing suppliers along the chain.
