Furniture and design

The quality of a furnishing piece is judged by sight and touch: invisible welds, even surfaces, crisp edges. We support designers and furniture companies from prototyping to industrialisation, with stainless steel finishing handled in house — satin finishing, blasting, pickling — and the flexibility to move from the one-off to the series.

Processes used

Bending

Machining

Welding

From concept to a manufacturable component

At the initial stage, we review geometries, materials, bends, welds and finishes together with the customer. The aim is to preserve the project’s design intent while reducing unnecessary steps, assembly issues and costs that would be difficult to control in series production.

Consistent appearance from prototype to series

Prototypes, pre-series and repeat production are managed through a consistent process. Cutting, bending, machining, welding and finishing can be coordinated within the same project, giving the customer a single point of contact for the finished component.
