Components for a sector where reliability is a requirement, not a plus: milled and turned parts in aluminium and stainless steel, in-house stainless finishing and surface treatments — such as anodising and black galvanising — handled by our qualified network. Cleanable surfaces, dimensional precision and consistent quality, from prototype to recurring supply.
Processes used
Turned or milled parts, sheet-metal components and assemblies are manufactured to agreed specifications and acceptance criteria. For aluminium and stainless-steel parts, we can coordinate the finishes and treatments required by the project, keeping aesthetic requirements separate from functional ones.
The sampling stage is used to verify dimensions, fit and appearance before stabilising the process. Once the component has been approved, production is organised to maintain repeatability, order traceability and controlled revision management.
